A New Story
I have always told myself that I am a good person. For this I have become the person that I am. I am proud to say I have lived an honest life. I also told myself that I never have money to buy the things I’ve always wanted. To this day, I still want that boat. It is funny the little things we tell ourselves that make the difference in wanting and having. From now on, I am telling a new story. A story that does not include things like; I never, I can’t, how come, Why can’t I and I’m always broke. For a long time I’ve been told, “say what you want , get what you want”. It’s funny how that is always pointed out when it relates to negative feelings. Why don’t we point out the positive side of the saying? In life we are great teachers of others. It is what we teach ourselves that proves to be the secret to life.
